I don't think it's necessary to go into detail on the importance of reviews for your business; you definitely know it!

However, there are still some scenarios that are beyond our control. Even with a decent rating, purchasing an item online has risks. Despite extensive inspections before shipment, problems might arise owing to production issues, courier mishaps, or human errors, emphasizing the possible uncertainties in online transactions.

I personally use Indeed to read reviews about specific companies - Businesses utilize different strategies to raise awareness of their brands and products in order to improve sales revenue. Online reviews are a marketing tactic you may use to show potential clients the worth of your business's products or services.
Metacritic is a website that aggregates reviews of films, television shows, music albums, video games, and formerly books. For each product, the scores from each review are averaged (a weighted average).
